After I contacted another tour company about visiting Turkmenistan in December, they told me that they didnt operate during that month. I then found Ayan and reached out to Muhammet. He was amazing and was always quick to respond to emails and really made the booking process signifigantly easier than I expected. Whenever I travel I always try to do everything without a guide. Obviously, this is not a possibility in Turkmenistan. My guide was Aziz and he coulndt have been more perfect. From the moment he met me at the gate in Ashgabat I knew he was the perfect guide for me. He understood what I was looking to see and experience and what I wasnt. We had an amazing 4 days seeing Ashgabat and the Darvaza crater. Honestly, it was one of the best trips of my life and wouldnt have been as fun or special had I not booked through Ayan. We would like to highlight, despite Serdar's efforts, a very peculiar and surprising border-to-border crossing from one corner of the country to another. We value very positively that the agency has tailored a trip for us as we proposed from your initial proposal. We highlight Serdar's professionalism as a guide and tour leader at all times: visits, explanations, planning of what was organized, places to have meals taking into account our preferences and\/or situations of the moment (and he was there at all times and was very concerned about helping us do what was necessary when one of the companions fell ill and with a high fever).
