Hasta el d\u00eda de hoy, se cocina en ocasiones especiales, en d\u00edas festivos religiosos, para celebraciones familiares.<\/p>\n<p>El dograma es un plato muy nutritivo y siempre se elabora en grandes porciones, por lo que es posible alimentar hasta cien personas. Cocinar Dograma no es muy dif\u00edcil: necesitas cordero fresco, chore (pan turcomano) y cebolla. El cordero se hierve en un caldero grande, a fuego abierto, al aire libre. La tarea reci\u00e9n horneada y el cordero hervido se enfr\u00edan.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces comienza la elaboraci\u00f3n colectiva del Dograma. Toda la familia suele participar en el proceso. El pan se pica en trozos peque\u00f1os a mano. La palabra &#8220;dograma&#8221; solo significa &#8220;desmoronarse&#8221;. Mientras tanto, se pellizcan peque\u00f1os trozos de carne de cordero a mano, se cortan y se dividen en fibras.
