It’s our greatest pleasure and honour to have Vagif as our guide as he is extremely knowledgeable, English is fluent, communicates well and has a great sense of humour. We learnt a lot about Turkmenistan and its rich culture and history.

Ella is a great sales manager, and she planned our itinerary perfectly, packing every included everything we wanted to see, and replied efficiently.

Vagif had excellent time management skills, and as everything was seamless and on time.

We also greatly appreciate the two drivers, Dmitri and Serdar; they kept their cars clean and provided water to us every day. Serdar also had great cooking skills and is very friendly. He also fixed the tyre efficiently and is very competent and patient with bumpy roads. We enjoyed their company for the past 8 days very much!

We also want to thank Vagif especially for being flexible and accommodating our new request, such as visiting the Vatican Embassy and the Catholic church.

We also liked how he shared his personal life so that we understand more about the people of Turkmenistan and how they live.

Dmitri’s reserved but caring and put up sun shades for us when we were on highways.

It’s a very interesting country; we enjoyed our trip very much and will share our experience with our family and friends upon returning home.
